As a reputable dealer of collectibles, honesty and integrity are important to us. This is our business and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any sale for any reason if, in our sole opinion, we have a concern about the legitimacy or integrity of any item, buyer or seller.
TERMS OF SALE:
We work hard to serve you as a reputable dealer of authentic merchandise and our proprietors have more than 30 years of combined experience specializing in Nebraska sports collectibles. Many of the items we sell or display in our gallery are purchased directly from former athletes. We use our best professional judgment when purchasing autographed items and turn away items we deem questionable. That said, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of every piece for sale or display. In no case will our liability exceed the sale price of the item purchased.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We may use the information you provide to us for business communications and limited marketing purposes, including notices of upcoming special events. We will do our best to comply in a timely fashion with any request to be removed from our marketing lists.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure SocketsLayer (SSL) software is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. As part of our commitment to security and compliance, your credit card number is only used to process transactions via the merchant processor and is not stored on our web site.
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Items that are not returnable will be advertised and sold as such with a NO RETURN note on the purchase receipt. Please contact the store to arrange a return. Returned items must be in the same condition as the time of sale. All credit card refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon our acceptance of the returned merchandise.
Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Most sold items ship within one business day of purchase via U.S. Postal Service. Large and/or high value items requiring special packing may take longer or require a different shipper. Unless special arrangements are made in advance of sale, we will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order and do not guarantee your delivery date. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 7.25% sales tax.
